carboNZero is an internationally accredited greenhouse gas certification programme. This means that Ecotech has demonstrated proactive environmental efforts with regard to carbon dioxide emissions and their impact on climate change.

The company has implemented various sustainability initiatives, such as using sustainable palm oil under the GreenPalm programme, using no harmful chemicals in their products, and using recycled and recyclable materials for the packaging.

Materials and Waste

ecostore currently uses HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene), which is the most recyclable plastic currently available, for their bottle packaging. Clear polypropylene label is used and is fully recyclable without having to be removed from the bottle. ecostore is also planning to include a certain percentage of post consumer recycled plastic.

Chemicals and Health

ecostore Light Moisturizing Body Lotion is made using plant based ingredients without any harmful chemicals added. ecostore emphasizes in using natural ingredients that are safe and provides details and origins of the ingredients they use in the product.
